The route follows quiet country lanes north of Brixworth, It takes in a few hills on the way, but offers some good views of the Northamptonshire countryside on a clear day.

We will stop at the Buddhist centre in Thornby for a drink and cake so bring some money.

Please make sure you are wearing a well fitting helmet. Also make sure that you have enough food and drink for the ride and have enough equipment (pump, spare inner tube and/or patches) to deal with a puncture.

We will aim for an average pace of 12+ mph
