About the route
A lovley route exploring the quiet lanes around Kendal to Underbarrow and Crook before heading to Stavley for a well earned brew returning back to Kendal through Burniside and back on the cyclepath to the K Village.
This is a reasonably hilly route but it is not mountainous and we will always ride a the speed of the slowest rider and stop to look at the views
