About the route
Starting at Central Park Dagenham we will go towards Hainault then Abridge, Stapleford Abbots, Havering-Atte—Bower, Chase Cross, Noak Hill, Sheppard’s hill, Cranham. St Mays Lane, Ockendon and back to Central Park. This will be about three hours of continuous riding. It’s a good idea to bring Food & Drink and any tools you may need
