About the route
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS ADULTS ONLY AND FOR ROAD BIKES. Starting at Central Park Dagenham we will go towards Hainault to Abridge, Stapleford Abbots, Havering-Atte--Bower then down Orange Tree Hill for the second time having rode up Broxhill Road then back to Central Park. This will be over two hours of continuous riding covering nearly 30 miles. Make sure you can deal with any problems and carry drinks and food if you need it.
