THIS IS A GUIDED RIDE SO OPEN TO MEN AND WOMEN
Well here we are, the New Year is upon us! Let's start as we mean to go on! Get your bike out of the shed and join me on a gentle 7 mile ride on quiet roads.
We will be starting from my house in Joppa, near Llanrhystud - once you've booked on I'll send directions closer to the date.
This ride is suitable for everyone, nice and flat. We will be cycling at no more than 10mph average speed.
Please wear appropriate clothing, raincoat, gloves, and bring a drink.
Helmets compulsory and I always advise a front and rear light when cycling on the road.
