From the Abbey Carpark, we will ride along the A68 through Jedburgh to the right turn up Woodend, and along to the Crailing Straight, sont worry we stop at the top of the hill for a drink and to catch our breath. Along the Crailing Straight to the left turn for Nisbet, and then follow the road along to Woodside or Harestanes, as both are close, so choice on the day. We will return the reverse of this route.
Country road, unfortunatley yes some hills.
As and when the ride leader asks for during ride briefing, but tops of hills junctions, etc...
Helmets must be worn, drink should be carried as the weather is warmer now, hoping it lasts, innertube for you bike, repair kit if you have it. Sunscreen if needed.
