Ivybridge Loop

We will bimble to the West before turning into Saltram and head towards St Marys via Marshall and Valley Roads. Suitably warmed up we cross the railway on our way to Colebrook then along to Newnham crossing under the railway back to Glen Road. Jumping onto the cycle path we carve through the estate and clamber up to Langage Ind Estate where we trundle down Holland Road in the Sparkwell direction. Turning right on Ledgate Lane we cascade down to pass over the A38 and onto Smithaleigh. Another descent brings us into Lee Mill over the Yealmpton and veering left up past Tescos on Beech Road. We are then heading up towards Cornwood when we hopefully get a right turn towards the Health club ( I’ve checked it out this week

A pleasant saunter out of the City into the South Hams with a loop round Ivybridge.

Urban roads, Cycle paths and Country Lanes.

We will stop at the Hunting Lodge for refreshments and stop as required by the group.
