A leisurely ride along gravel paths and Tarmac. About 12 miles following the Fishers Green Foray route. ( This route will involve crossing sections of road)
Best suited to Hybrid, Cylocross or MTB.
A gentle pace taking in various areas of interest, such as Old Mill and Meadows , Lee Valley White a Water Centre and Fishers Greem itself.
