Humber Bridge Tourist Information Centre, HU13 0LN,

Ladies and Gentlemen, Please join me on this charity cycle fun ride. As many of you know, I was medically discharged from the military in 2015 after 25 years following injuries sustained. I went through a rough patch suffering from PTSD. The not forgotten association along with Help for Heroes helped me a great deal to get on a straight road. To help with the process of getting back to a normal as possible I have concentrated on cycling which as helped a great deal in helping me overcome the demons that plagued me. I would like you to come on this short ride dressed as Santa, and if possible make a donation of £5 to the charities mentioned. I look forward to seeing you on the ride for a bit of festive cheer. A drink and mince pie will be available after the ride for all participants. This is a stunning cycle route over the River Humber, with amazing vistas in many directions. We cross the Humber Bridge, an engineering triumph which was officially opened in 1981, and there will be a chance to stop and take some great photos.
