Isle of Wight Challenge 2024 - Bishops Waltham

Starting from - We will meet in St George's Square (SO32 1GJ), in front of the bus shelter. Free parking is available in Station Road (SO32 1DH), and toilets are located in the nearby fee-paying car park (SO32 1AL). Please arrive at 09:15 for pre-ride checks, and we will start promptly at 09:30. Please wear a helmet and clothing appropriate for the weather. You will also need to bring a spare inner tube suitable for your bike, and a bike lock and money/card for the optional cafe stop at the end of the ride. SO32 1GJ

Starting in Bishops Waltham, we will also pass through Swanmore, Waltham Chase, Shedfield and Shirrell Heath. We will be cycling along some slightly busier roads for short distances, but much of this ride will be on quieter back roads in the countryside. The first half of the ride has a few lumps and bumps, but without any steep hills, and we can take a breather when we need to. There is no cafe stop on this ride, but you are welcome to join the leader for a well-earned coffee back at Josie's in Bishops Waltham at the end of the ride.
