This ride starting out from the reindeer inn thorne road sandtoft is a mix of quiet roads and track there are two hills and a rest stop at the White Bear Pub in Epworth.Then cycle back to start past epworth showground. Make sure you wear your helmet (this is compulsory, if you have no helmet you wont be able to ride with us) and appropriate clothing for the weather (if you have any bright or hi-viz then wear that). As usual we do expect you to have ensured your bike is roadworthy and that you have carried out basic pre ride checks. You should also ensure that you are carrying a hand pump, tools (including tyre levers), at least one spare inner tube for your bicycle, money and a 'phone.
