Irvine to Portencross, via Saltcoats, Ardrossan and Seamill

steady cycle to Prortencross Castle, just uphill from Seamill, where hopefully there will be fabulous views across to Arran - we'll stop for a rest and to eat before the cycle back to Irvine.

Mostly traffic free - suitable for road or hybrid bikes

couple of stops if needed for a rest or photos, ice cream or coffee at Saltcoats (maybe a paddle too) on return journey

Spare inner tubes, bike lock, food and drink for wee picnic at Portencross. Rainjacket - just incase! Funds for refreshments. remember to bring a mask and hand sanitiser.

Be fab to cycle together again.... it's been too long!!
