We will head North East of Ipswich towards Rushmere where we will then cycle into Kesgrave were the Control Tower is then we will continue our ride to Woodbridge

This route will take us past the historic Martlesham Heath Control Tower

We will mainly be using quiet country roads there will be some busy sections but most will be all on quiet roads

There will be a lunch stop at Woodbridge

Helmets must be worn on all rides as this is mandatory it is also advisable to bring with you a mobile phone, Puncture repair kit / Innertube, Money for food and drink also please bring water with you on the ride
