Introduction to Time Trialling

Have you ever wondered what a time trial was like but were too scared to ask?! Come and join us for a friendly, relaxed introduction to the fine art of riding your bike as fast as you can over a set course. We'll help you through your first race and the best thing is you'll get a personal best! First rider off at 10, so please arrive in plenty of time to be prepared and ride out to the start (suggest arriving at HQ for 9.15). Join us afterwards for a well earned slice of cake while you celebrate your result. Please note, it is possible to compete on any bike in good working condition, but it will be much harder on a mountain bike than a road or hybrid bike.
