Introduction to Country Lanes

This is a steady ride introduction to country road riding for ladies who wish to meet up for cycle rides or to further progress with confidence to charity rides or sportives.  From Lymington we will ride to East End, locally and back to Elmers.  We will stop for a water break on the ride and at East End a stop to chat and get to know our fellow riders.  This breeze ride is led by Kas Hulme a qualified BC breeze ride leader and Kas will enrol you on to the ride if you turn up and if you cannot use the web page on the internet. The ride is free and if you bring a friend you will receive breeze rewards!  Cycles must be roadworthy and it is a ride for over 16's only.  Helmets are preferred but not compulsory.
