International Women's Day ride around Derby
Free, women-only bike rides led by experienced Breeze Champions. They are a great way to get started in cycling or to improve your skills, whether you are a beginner or a seasoned cyclist.

A ride in celebration of International Women's Day!
We'll start at Alvaston park and ride along the river path to the silk mill. From there we'll loop around the cycle paths and quiet roads of Derby city centre, before returning to the park along the river.
Come as you are, or wear something that makes you proud to be a woman, you can even decorate your bike if you like. I'll be wearing my Breeze kit :) and putting fairy lights on my bike. (Please make sure clothes are suitable for cycling though, no flairs that might catch in the chain).
Bike helmets aren't mandatory, but they are advised. As the ride will be in the dark please make sure you do have a front white light and a rear red light (additional fairy lights/wheel lights are optional!).
