International Women's Day.
Come and join us on this special event which will offer a unique opportunity for you to take on free sports activities at Plymouth life centre at Central Park, one of the activities will be a steady easy going bike ride around Central Park.
If you are a beginner or a more confident rider and have a pair of bike come along for a taster ride with a qualified Breeze Champion, meet ladies have a friendly chat and enjoy the ride.
