Starting with a straightforward ride up the cycle path on the Rainford Bypass up towards the Holti Indian Restaurant we will continue through country roads & quiet traffic free lanes

Stop is planed at Scarisbrick Marina or can stop at Primrose Garden Centre

Helmets are maintatory. Please bring inner tube, pump, tyre levers/tubeless repair kit. Have ICE number in your phone and/or wear an ICE band. Lights front & back & mud guards in wet weather. Water/rehydration & snacks, haribos, protein bars etc
