Plenty of opportunity to stop en-route to catch your breath, have a drink and enjoy the views.
Please bring a well-maintained bicycle, wear a helmet and appropriate clothing for the weather and carry a drink, snack, a spare tube/and or puncture repair kit, lock, pump and some money for refreshments. Bicycle lights are an important addition at this time of year.
