In search of the register

A very short route using cycle lanes, canal towpaths and minor roads. Mileage and route can be changed on the day after taking into account the weather conditions and the rider’s ability and if we find the registration event.

We will be looking for a local event where our bikes can be added to the national bike register. This increases the chance of bikes being returned to the owner if they are stolen and recovered. The theory is that registered bikes are less likely to be taken in the first place.
