Hurworth Burn 13 mile Off Road Ride

With the off road rides not running this year in our area, we (4 Sky Leaders) thought why not ride this one anyway as it has proven to be one of the most popular and picturesque rides. This ride follows the same route as the 13 mile off road Sky Ride, following the old railway line North we pass open spaces, farmers fields laden with animals and at this time of the year the trees begin show their colours. Stopping off at the reservoir we take a short break before heading back through the fresh pine woods and then back to the start. Please bring a suitable lock, puncture repair kit and appropriate tools as riders are responsible for their own cycle maintenance and children must be accompanied by an appropriate adult. However we are always willing to lend a hand if any one encounters a problem.
