Harold Wilson Statue St. Georges Square

A relaxed paced ride suitable for all. ( children must be accompanied by an adult & all under 18's must wear an Helmet ) Starting from St. Georges Square ( near Harold Wilson Statue ) at 10.30am. We will ride along Route 69 from Huddersfield centre to Bradley ( up & down but very smooth ). Crossing Leeds Rd we will then join Route 66 (totally traffic free very bike freindly, though a couple of minor inclines at begining. ) We will make our way to Mirfield & Raventhorpe and through Dewsbury Moor. Heading to Liversedge & Cleckheaton where we can stop for drinks and a chat. After which we will carry on through Cleckheaton Golf Course, heading to Victoria Park ( been told we can get a nice brew at the cafe) and onwards to Bierly & West Bowling. We will go through Bowling Park then onto the finish in City Park where we can have lunch and a break. (there is plenty of cafes ect. so no packed lunch needed unless you want to) Will have time to take in the local Gallery, Media Museum if anyone wants to. Before returning to Huddersfield by the same route. So if you feel you'd like to join, please book if possible. Regards James
