Hybrids and Mountain bikes recomended due to trails Mainly flat Some trails and roads, also cycle paths The route is a pleasant river route along the Victoria Embankment to Trent bridge, from here we follow the Trent under Ladybay Bridge and on to the sailing club. Here we enter the pedestrian domain where we cross over the river rapids to join the river again before crossing the rapids back to the sailing lake and race areas. A nice curcuit leads us back to the sailing club where we ride back the way we came.
