We start at Condicote Village Hall. The route takes us to Upper swell, Lower Swell, Lower Slaughter ( a short section on the B4077 and Fosse to reach Bourton). We cycle through Bourton and up the Steeps to a lovely ridge road with wonderful views. Our next village is Sherborne and then we cross the A40. We cycle past Lodge Park, and towards Eastington and then Northleach. Here is the beautiful Wool Church. It has many brasses- see below, Stone heads of Henry V11 and Elizabeth of York can be seen, an alter which is pre Henry V111 plus lots more of interest.
Coffee stop in the market square which was buzzing last time we went. Then we head up the hill to Hampnett ( a short section on the Fosse), cross the A40, Turkdean, Notgrove and Naunton follow with a few hills. Then it isn't far as we head towards Buckle Street, Eyford and back to Condicote.
The has about 2000 feet or 600 metres of climbing.
