When we arrive we have a choice to either stay with the usual loops or to do a 20/25mile ride. We can decide which we would prefer. We have the opportunity to run two groups - a fast group and a not so fast group so this is a ride that is inclusive of abilities. It will be challenging (at your level) as it is designed for you to push yourself to get faster.

The roads will mainly be quiet country roads.

There is parking at the picnic area at Shell Ford, WR9 7LA. Please bring all the usual bits and pieces - suitable clothing, tools, spare inner tube, water, helmet, any medication, etc. Please arrive at 6:00 to allow for any faffing. There is no phone signal at the ford. Make sure that you have had a snack before arriving.
