Cross Hands to Ammanford. Glanamman, Brynamman and over the Black Mountain to Llangadog. Stopping for a coffee in Llandeilo and cycle back up the wonderful Carmel hill!! Followed by tea and cake at county cycles!
A nice hilly challenging ride for those with road, hill experience.
