Lovely route taking in Helmsley and the the villages of Old Byland and Cold Kirby. Option for two stops for extra carb loading, if required.
Out through Oulston, Coxwold and Wass. Just before Ampleforth we head up to High Street to take rural roads to Sproxton. A short section on the A170 before arriving in Helmsley for coffee.
From Helmsley we head into the North York Moors climbing up to visit Old Byland and Cold Kirby before heading down White Horse Bank. Option of another stop at Kilburn before heading back via Coxwold and Husthwaite.
