Bring a bag or extra drinks - a van will follow us on route
Aiming to finish at 3.30/4pm Cardigan Castle has another venue at 5pm
An invite from Andrew Phillips the present High Sheriff of Dyfed Charity ride for Air Ambulance
We will be using mixed main roads, B and even small back roads
This will be a casual ride and we must stop at junctions to ensure no one is left behind. Aiming to be in Cardigan Castle by 3pm
