From the car park we take advantage hopefully of a quieter part of the day and head down river.
There are several interesting things to see down this section. We then have a small uphill section into town before heading into the countryside towards boroughbridge and ripon. After our cafe stop it's a return via a different route to Knaresborough.

A beautiful ride starting down the river ride before heading into the countryside on a circular route to ripon via boroughbridge.

Quiet country lanes as much as possible with a bit of town centre riding and a couple of a roads to cross.

Lots of photo opportunities and cafe stop in ripon.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides. Please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day plus a lock for cafe.
