Henfield Cricket Club - The nearest toilets/public conveniences are inside the Shell petrol station in the village.

This is a “closed” Breeze ride and will only be visible using this emailed link. There are a few hills along the way, but nothing too challenging. We will be aiming for an average speed of 12-15mph on the flat, but as always, no one will be left behind and we will make sure no one is struggling, and if necessary, adjust the pace accordingly. We will meet at the car park outside the Henfield Cricket Club (nr Swains Farm Shop) on the A281. If you are not able to ride to the start point , there are about a dozen car parking spaces usually available. We will be riding mostly quiet country roads and lanes, but there are two sections where we cross busy “A” roads, so you should be confident riding in traffic. We are planning on an early start, so will leave Henfield Cricket Club car park at 7.30am. We will stop for coffee at 25 miles at Sumners Ponds, Barns Green. Please feel free to invite along and share this link with any ladies you feel confident will enjoy a speedier, more challenging ride, but ROAD BIKES ONLY for this ride. Please give your bike a check over before you leave home, are the tyres pumped up? Are the gears and brakes working properly? Always carry a spare inner tube, puncture repair kit and a pump, just in case. Wearing a helmet is compulsory on this ride.
