Hemel Hempstead Graceful Greens

This long awaited Graceful Greens ride will head out through the Ashridge estate with a lovely cafe stop halfway before circling round and heading home. We will be riding along quiet country lanes through beautiful woodland scenery, so if you have been riding with the yellows or a beginners group, why not take the next step, with a slightly longer distance and a few more cake worthy undulatuons along the way. Graceful Greens rides will average between 15 -20 miles at a gentle pace of 8-10mph. Blazing Blues rides will average between 20-25 miles at steady pace between 9-11mph Pacey purples rides will average 25-30 miles at a pace of 10-12mph We ride at the pace of the slowest rider and always wait at the top of hills so no one gets left behind. We usually stop for coffee halfway depending on the route, so come and join us for a monthly get together. Please remember to check your bike is in good working order, gears and brakes all working, and tyres pumped up. Don't forget to bring a spare inner tube and tools to fix a puncture should you be unlucky enough to get one. Don't worry there's enough of us to help you out should you be the unfortunate one. My rides are weather dependent, if I feel it's raining too hard, too cold/miserable/icy/snowy/windy etc then I will cancel, for your safety as well as enjoyment of the ride.
