Helmdon Explorer

Not been out on your bike for a while?  Want to ride with other women?  Come join us for a Breeze social ride. We’ll explore Helmdon village and the surrounding areas along cycle paths, woodland and quiet lanes.  We’ll vary the route each ride depending on the ability of the group. It’s perfect for beginners and those that haven’t been out on their bike for a while.  We really welcome newcomers and will always ride at the pace of the slowest rider so no one is left behind. It's a good idea to bring some water and you may also want to bring a snack.  Dress appropriately for the weather: in cool weather it's good to wear lots of thin layers, so you can add/remove them as needed; a rain jacket is a good idea too!  Wearing a helmet is advisable; if you don’t have one please do not to worry you can still take part.  If you enjoy the bike ride and would like to come again perhaps you could look to buy one then. Under 16’s MUST wear a helmet.
