Hellen’s Manor loop with a difference

It’s time to go to the magical mediaeval Hellen’s Manor in Much Marcle again - Sue and Barbara hope you can join us on this 30-mile undulating route. This time we’ll be tackling it the other way round so our visit to the manor and gardens will be after 20 miles and only 10 back to the finish point. On the way we’ll be cycling through the stunning Dymock Forest and along some pretty lanes on the famous Newent Cycle loop. There are hills but nothing too long or steep for most steady level riders. We’ll meet at St Gregory’s Church at Castlemorton where you can park on the road in front. Please note it’s a 9.30 start. We won’t be rushing this ride and will have a leisurely break at Hellen’s Manor for delightful tea and cake and a wander round the gardens. Please wear a helmet and bring everything you need to keep your bike on the road for the trip. You’ll also need cards/cash for refreshments.
