This is an undulating route so for all the uphill struggles there's a wizzy downhill.

Road ride to sandal castle cafe.

All on roads. We will try to keep to the quieter roads as much as possible but there are a couple of busier sections.

Helmets are mandatory on random wheelers rides. Please bring money for cafe and clothing for the conditions of the day.
