Outside Panagua Bikes Hayes, Kent Free Parking outside . Nearest rail station : Hayes.
This ride will take you out to the beautiful green landscape of Keston and Downe to the very cycle friendly Holwood Farm shop and Café. This place is so cycle friendly, they even supply bike locak if you forget to bring your own :-)

This ride will take us on a mix of roads, so is not suitable for total beginners who would be nervous around traffic. Most of the ride is on quieter side roads and the ride is short.
