This route is a 35.3 mile circular route starting from and returning to START - The Goat Public House - 77 High Street, Codicote, SG4 8XE This ride is entirely on tarmac and is suited to road bikes and hybrid bikes with road tyres fitted. The elevation gain throughout the ride is 1,866 feet. This is a wonderful ride around some beautiful countryside in Hertfordshire, starting at The Goat Public House on the High Street in Codicote: http://whatpub.com/pubs/HEN/231/goat-codicote We depart at 9.30 prompt. Please arrive 15 minutes early for a safety briefing and a quick bike safety check. We will ride at the speed of the slowest rider, stopping to re-group at the top of hills.
