Haunted Hallowe'en Ride!

Please note that this ride takes place after dark.
Our spooktastic route will take us along the coast and over the golf course in Prestatyn. We'll then head through Presthaven Sands and on to the Warren path through the dunes to Talacre. Here we'll pause to hear the chilling tale of the haunted lighthouse! After scaring ourselves silly we'll continue along the cycle path past the Point of Ayr and to the old, disused and spooky colliery site where we'll sit for a while to enjoy some warm mulled apple juice and Hallowe'een goodies. If we are brave enough we can switch off our lights to see how dark it is!
We'll return to Prestatyn along the same route.
A cafe stop is not scheduled on this ride but some light snacks will be provided.
Helmets are mandatory, and please bring a spare inner tube and tools for repairing a puncture. It can be very cold along the coast in autumn, so please wrap up warm with plenty of layers and waterproofs. Please bring along powerful bike lights, and if possible some spares. Feel free to bring glow sticks, fairy lights etc - we are mostly on tracks so won't be a distraction to motorists!!
