Has Spring Sprung?

For Spring 2025 on most Wednesdays there will be a Guided Ride to The Rising Sun with limited numbers. SAS members should sign up to the Community Ride on the same day to leave spaces available to new people.
Everyone starts at Asda at 10am One group will go out via Jesmond and Armstrong Bridge (the classic anticlockwise), the other via Gosforth Nature Reserve (the reverse or clockwise). We'll all meet up in the Country Park cafe and there will be opportunity for some limited chopping and changing for the return.
In order to avoid being the next victim of a puncture equip your bike with the best quality tyres you can afford and keep them inflated to the recommended pressure
Please remember your wet weather gear and tools to fix a puncture. You may wish to bring a drink and a snack.
