We will be riding a circular route around the Corley and Fillongley area. On our return we will stop at The White Lion Pub for a drink. It is almost the longest day of the year, so we should still be OK to get home in the light.
Finding the start point:
Fenton Road is off Browns Lane. If you are coming from Windmill Hill direction Fenton Road is on your right at the top of hill just after Rydal Close on your left. If you are coming from Wall Hill Road then look for Fenton Road on your left. The social Club is set back from the main road but there is a sign at the start of Fenton Road.
A circular route out toward Fillongley and Corley and then back into Allesley Park. Mainly on quiet country roads. We are likely to be riding at approximately 11/12 mph but will adjust this according to the group. This is the start of a series of rides that will be running throughout the Spring and Summer evenings led by June and Steph.
Quiet country roads and b roads.
There are no stops on this ride.
Lights are advisable for the way back or in case it is a dull day.
