Harrow to the Rusty Bike Cafe

This 20 mile ride takes us from Harrow Civic Centre to the lovely Rusty Bike Cafe in Uxbridge. The route has some stretches on busy road and has some challenging hills. Therefore, it is suitable for experience riders, not beginners.

Bring a spare innertube, tools to fix a puncture, water and a snack (or money to purchase one). Check your bike before the ride paying particular attention to the brakes and tyres. Don't leave it until the day of the ride as there may not be time to resolve any issues.

The time for the ride is a best estimate by the Ride Leader. Sometimes this can be affected by factors such as the weather, mechanical issues, the queue at the cafe, etc. We have a policy of leaving no rider behind so, if anyone is struggling, we will adjust the speed and take rest stops if necessary.
