This 20 mile ride is mostly on quiet roads although there will be some stretches with heavier traffic so participants should be experienced riding in these conditions. We will use the Ebury Way (a traffic free disused railway line) from Watford to Rickmansworth.

Our route takes us out through Hatch End and Carpenders Park before picking up the Ebury Way at Watford. After refreshments at the Aquadrome - bring your own or purchase from the cafe - we return via Moor Park, Northwood and Pinner. This ride has a some significant hills. These can be taken at your own pace and we always stop to regroup (and recover!) at the top.

We especially welcome new riders and no one is left behind.

Check your bike before the ride paying particular to the tyre and brakes. Bring a spare innertube and tools to fix a puncture.

The time for the ride is a best estimate by the Ride Leader. Sometimes this can be affected by factors such as the weather, mechanical issues, the queue at the cafe, etc. We have a policy of leaving no rider behind so, if anyone is struggling, we will adjust the speed and take rest stops if necessary.
