Ever wanted to know how to fix a puncture? Then this is the ride for you.

Hillingdon Council are offering a four hour basic bike maintenance course for women, starting at 10.00 am and finishing at 2.00 pm

Things to do before your ride: -
Check you bike a few days before, pump your tyres up - think firm orange
Check the weather and dress accordingly - layers are good
Bring a spare inner tube - not sure check the letters on the side of your tyre - take a photo and go to you friendly local bike shop who will help you out
Please bring refreshments and snacks for the duration of the course
Pack some cash, contactless, Oyster card, and mobile phone.
And any medication - inhalers/epi pens



There are two pick up points - Harrow on the Hill Station - Lowlands Road side at 8.15 am and Eastcote Library at 8.45 am.

We will take the back and side roads from Harrow to Eastcote, and continue with similar via Ickenham, Hillingdon, before the slightly busier streets in Uxbridge. The route is flat and is suitable for all types of bikes.
