About the route
Gentle ride paced around 8-10 mph suitable for all persons confident of riding on the road.
We head out along quiet roads towards Roundwood/Kinsbourne Green and then down through the countryside to Redbourn. From Redbourn we then complete a loop which includes Gaddesden Row and Flamsted. After a short break for optional drinks and delicious cakes at The Hub we retrace the earlier section back from Redbourn to Harpenden Sports Centre car park.
Please bring spare tube/pump in case of punctures.
