Mainly Off Road. Along River, back along Millennium Greenway
Mainly cycle tracks, short section along canal and roads.
Stopping at Chester Groves. There is takeaway café, seating on benches overlooking river.
Helmets advisable, spare innertube, cash for café if required, Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes in case of touching surfaces due to coronavirus.
