Starting from - Upton Court Park (FREE CARPARK) next to changing rooms.

Cycle helmets are required.
Cycle pumps and spares, including puncture repair kits and spare tubes are advisable. Cash/cards will be required to purchase refreshments. Not suitable for lightweight racing bikes, with little or no tred, this is due to offroad sections.
Please ensure that your bike is in a road worthy condition prior to start of the ride .

A mixture of on/off road route, off road sections are as follows: Langley Park, Black Park, small sections of Colne Valley trail and Grand Union Canal between Yiewsley and West Drayton and finally Ditton Park (using Colnbrook High Street and Cycle lanes adjacent the M4)on the final leg of this journey.
stopping for refreshments enroute.. The route maybe subject to change owing to surface conditions on the morning of the ride. This ride is not suitable for bikes with little or no tread, This is known as a 'Dynamic Risk Assessment'.
