Starting from - Upton Court Park (FREE CARPARK) next to changing rooms aka usual starting location, since forever.
Cycle helmets are required.
Cycle pumps and spares, including puncture repair kits and spare tubes are advisable. Cash/cards will be required to purchase refreshments. Not suitable for lightweight racing bikes, with little or no tred, this is due to offroad sections.
Please ensure that your bike is in a road worthy condition prior to start of the ride .

Pretty much all Road, apart from a small section of Harmonsworth Moor. We will be stopping for refreshments enroute..
We leave our Usual start location. The route maybe subject to change, due conditiond on the evening of the ride This is known as a 'Dynamic Risk Assessment'.
