Hargroves cycles CC Autumn highlight ride

60 mile hilly loop from Weymouth to West Bay and back Leaving Totton Shop at 0745 SO40 3AA Ride Start 0900/0930 from Dorchester Road Doctors Surgery, Lodmoor, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 7LE The ride will incorporate some of Dorset’s challenging climbs such as Gould’s Hill, Hardy’s Monument, Abbotsbury and Little Bredy. With approximately 1500m of climbing within the ride, taking in stunning views across Dorset coastline and countryside. There will be a nice café stop in West Bay (Chesil Beach) and potential for more cake, dependant on time and riders feel for the day. The course can be found at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/course/10254942 We will be riding with a local club named Ridgeway riders of which meet the standards we ride to week in week out. We know they’re very much looking forward to it and have 10 or so riders coming along. We are looking to make it a challenging ride but first and foremost a social event for the club and any other people who fancy it.
