About the route
Starting at the Tees Barrage, this ride follows NCN 1 to Norton, travelling along some country lanes through Carlton, Redmarshall, Whitton, Stillington and Great Stainton before heading north towards Sedgefield. We have our café stop at Hardwick Hall Country Park. The return route brings us back through Bishopton, and the south of Stockton, joining up with NCN 14 and through Stockton town centre before returning to the Barrage.
