About the route
This gorgeous park is an ideal place for those wanting a nice gentle ride in lovely surroundings. The cycle path here takes you around the edge of the park and is predominantly hard surface with a very short grassy section. The park is home to several swans and hundreds of ducks and squirrels with its lakes and wooded areas.
There is a visitor centre with toilets and lovely warm tearoom serving hot and cold food.
The route is approximately 1.5 miles once around the park but the number of laps is up to you.
