Meeting at Goodmayes park extension car park we ride along Longbridge road towards the Redbridge cycling centre up hog hill and then do an extended loop around Hainault Forest retuning via Collier Row. Good range of climbs and drops. Average pace 14-16 mph for the ride.
This is a continuous ride with a couple of stops for drinks. Not suitable for children.
